Revolutionizing sales teams' approach
Founded in July 2023 by Manisha Raisinghani, previously of LogiNext Solutions, SiftHub aims to revolutionize sales teams' approach to managing knowledge.
By integrating GenAI with advanced workflow and collaborative capabilities, The startup promises an end-to-end solution for sales organizations. It provides a central hub for content, enabling personalized, AI-driven responses and thereby enhancing sales team productivity by up to 80%.
Addressing fundamental shift in sales and pre-sales roles
SiftHub aims to address a fundamental shift in sales and pre-sales roles, meeting the need for deep product knowledge and easy access to proprietary information. The platform's one-click integrations and unified semantic search capabilities streamline the discovery and response process, ensuring quick, informed interactions with potential customers.
Its use of RAG technology and fine-tuned large language models ensures accurate, reliable information delivery.
What is the purpose of fundraising?
The startup plans to use the raised capital for product development and scaling the early go-to-market strategy.
With its headquarters in the United States and R&D in Mumbai, SiftHub aims to serve B2B technology, healthcare, and insurance sectors, targeting businesses in growth and scaled stages.
“After speaking to 200+ leaders, it dawned on me that it’s completely unreasonable to expect sales and presales professionals to memorise all the ins and outs of the product in order to be able to respond to clients with complex technical details. Trying to find up-to-date accurate information when it is scattered across Slack, Gmail, Drive, HubSpot, Confluence, and more is incredibly difficult. The fact that sales spends only 30% of their time selling cries for a change - and that’s where our platform comes in.” said Manisha Raisinghani, Founder of SiftHub.
